HECA/EDIN publish final report on Identifying the Professional Development Needs of Part-Time Academic Staff

HECA is pleased to announce the publishing of the final report “Identifying the professional development needs of part-time academic staff in higher education institutions in Ireland”.

This is the culmination of a collaborative project between HECA and EDIN, the Educational Developers in Ireland network, and funded by the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning, with the aim of delivering a research-informed analysis of professional development needs for the target group to inform continuing professional development programmes for these staff in the future. The executive summary and full report are available from the project website.
